Our farm dog, Leeloo, will greet you during your stay. She roams the property and loves to visit.

We have trails for walking or running, a pond for swimming and fishing, and farm animals to visit. Most of the rentals are equipped with a few books, puzzles and games. We encourage you to use your imagination and let nature be your guide.

We like to tell our guests all they need to bring is food, clothing and their preferred beverage and we try to provide the rest. If there is a more specific question or request, feel free to reach out by your preferred contact method.

Our property is quite secluded, which is the draw for many people. Cell service is spotty at best, depending on your carrier. The Farm Retreat, and Serenity house both offer wifi. The Honeymoon Cabin and Wee Nook are what we call “unplugged,” meaning no wifi and little cell coverage. At&t and Verizon seem to work the best.

Rock ’N Refuge is surrounded by peaceful Tennessee countryside with plenty to explore nearby. Guests enjoy Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, antique shopping and dining in Dickson, canoeing and kayaking on local rivers, and hiking at Montgomery Bell State Park (45 minutes away). Many visitors also choose to stay on the property to relax, walk the land, and take in the quiet views.

We do allow pets during your stay. We do ask that they be up to date on all shots and flea and tick medications. Please bring something to cover the furniture if your pet is used to being on the couches or beds. We also ask they they be on a leash whenever you are walking around the property for the safety of other guest, their pets and our farm animals. Our dog is free range and may stop by and say hi.
